The staff at Somerset Hotel were extremely helpful during our stay. We were pleased with the convenience of the standard twin room, which included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, ironing facilities, and a work desk. Additionally, the hotel's location near downtown made it easy for us to explore the area on foot. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at a nearby country chicken rice restaurant, which was just a short walk away from the hotel.

Stayed in a hotel in Miri and it had these nice complementary facts: free wifi and free breakfast. the hotel is also situated in a key location near restaurants and shops. the best aspect was that the room was clean and was well kept.
The hotel was old and outdated. the air conditioning wasn't working properly and the room looked tired.

This hotel has a great location in the heart of the city. I had no trouble finding it and it was close to the mall, eateries and transportation. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel had parking, which was a plus.

I had a great stay at Somerset! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a bathtub, which was very impressive. The location was convenient, right in the city center, making it easy to explore. Plus, there was ample parking space for my road trip. Despite some minor drawbacks, like an old air conditioner and limited TV channels, the hotel offered good value for the price. I highly recommend Somerset for a pleasant and affordable stay.

My thanksgiving stay was pleasant at this hotel due to its spacious rooms and convenient location. The rooms were quite big and allowed us to move around freely. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to travel to tourist spots and restaurants. the hotel had the facility of a parking lot, which was a great help as we were on a road trip.
There were some downsides to our stay. The amenities in the hotel were quite outdated, and the air conditioner took a while to cool the room.
